Brocken Spectre gin was created by a gin lover who was frustrated with tonic that overpowers the delivcate flavours and aromatics of gin. This gin is designed specifically for pairing with tonic - it offers notes of fresh juniper, a touch of lavender and orris root and citrus. It is medium bodied with bright, concentrated flavours of juniper, pepper, lemon peel and a touch of anise. This is a beautiful gin.
