This joint project between Cristiano Garella and Giacomo Colombera has become one of Alto Piemonte’s most well-known producers, producing wines across the Bramaterra DOC. The ‘Cascina Cottignano’ is a Nebbiolo dominant blend, rounded out with Croatina and Vespolina; perfumed and precise, this is a lovely fresh example of Bramaterra. Plenty of tension, earth and a structured, grippy finish.
