Named after the Mistral, a fierce north-westerly wind that blows in the spring, Macchia’s white vermouth is based on Vermentino and Moscato base wines from Sardinia. The traditional, slow production process gives the finished product an incomparable elegance with the inclusion of pompía adds a distinctly citrusy persistence. The citrus/floral scents are accompanied by the typical notes of myrtle and juniper. Serve on ice with a dash of soda!
