In production since the 1970's, this traditional method sparkling Nebbiolo is distinctive and the only one of it's kind from Valtellina. Made from 92% Nebbiolo with local red grapes Pignola and Rossola it sings with white cherry, strawberry and a light chalkiness, lending itself to matching dishes with a bit more substance. A minimum of 36 months on lees is followed by bottle ageing. Disgorged early 2021.
